A graduate of Smith College and Vanderbilt University School of Law, Marnie is an elected member of the ABA Section of Dispute Resolution Council, co-chairs the ABA Advanced Mediation and Advocacy Skills Institute, co-chairs the NBA ADR Committee, and is past Chair of the TBA Section of Dispute Resolution.
