Melody M. Petitt, Attorney

Melody M. Petitt received her law degree from Baylor University School of Law in July 2001. While in law school, Ms. Petitt participated in Baylor's Harvey M. Ritchey Moot Court Competition and Baylor's challenging Practice Court program designed to provide practical legal experience for students. Ms. Petitt also has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Texas A&M University-Commerce.

Ms. Petitt opened her private practice in October 2004. Her primary focus is divorce, child custody, child support and modification and enforcement of Texas orders. Ms Petitt also handles misdemeanor criminal matters as well as probate and administration cases.

Ms. Petitt attempts to achieve the best outcome for each client based on the circumstances of each individual case. Your first meeting in Ms. Petitt's office is with the attorney. All of your questions will by answered by Ms. Petitt and not support staff. We strive to provide personal attention to each client.
