Ashley Loy has always had a passion for standing up for others who need help, and she knew that passion could best be served by becoming an attorney and truly advocating for those who need assistance. While in law school, Loy worked as an adjudicator for the Social Security Administration’s Disability Determination Services (DDS). She became intimately familiar with Social Security’s rules and regulations, as well as how the Administration determined who was eligible for benefits. After working for DDS for over five years, she learned how the decision-making process could sometimes play out unfairly for many people who deserved benefits. As an attorney, Loy wanted to utilize her years of knowledge and experience in how the Social Security Administration handles disability claims to effectively advocate for individuals whose benefits had been denied. She treats every case on an individual basis, recognizing the facts that make each case and each client unique. She prioritizes understanding each client’s circumstances so that she can formulate a tailored strategy for their case.

Coomer understands the pain and frustration injured clients go through after an accident from a personal level. Coomer’s family was struck by a drunk driver in 2003, permanently injuring her father. It’s this experience that has shaped her into the lawyer she is today and drives her hard work on behalf of every client and their family she represents. Licensed in Arkansas.
