Michael J. Cuellar, the founding member of the firm, handles a variety of different legal fields and cases. Most specifically, Mr. Cuellar primarily focuses his practice in personal injury matters (car accidents etc.).   In addition, he  has extensive experience with Criminal Law, Municipal Law and Workers Compensation matters as well as matters that fall within the confines of personal injury protection (PIP Arbitrations).

In addition to representing the injured individual for rightfully owed pain and suffering, Mr. Cuellar also represents the wrongfully accused in Criminal Matters, as he has extensive experience protecting the rights of injured individuals by collecting monies for pain and suffering as well as fighting insurance companies who refuse to pay medical/disability bills. He has a diverse litigation background and knows his way around a courtroom.

To begin his career, and gain precious courtroom experience, Mr. Cuellar obtained a clerkship with the Honorable Peter F. Bariso, A.J.S.C. in Hudson County. After serving as a Judicial Law Clerk, Mr. Cuellar handled civil litigation for insurance companies, which included the defense of individuals in motor vehicle accidents and premises liability defenses.

He now focuses on litigation dealing with individuals with injuries stemming from motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall accidents along with litigation dealing with Criminal Matters. Mr. Cuellar dedicates a substantial portion of his practice to representing medical providers against insurance companies who fail to pay medical bills associated with the treatment rendered to accident victims. Mr. Cuellar handles these types of cases in a PIP Arbitration Forum and has recovered millions of dollars for his clients.
