$300k Negligent Supervision Settlement -Practice Area: Personal injury -Outcome: $300,000 Settlement -Description: Our client was the victim of a battery and assault in the workplace. The employer neglected repeated instances between the two people and this resulted in gross negligence. We were able to secure a $300k settlement for our client. Underinsured Motorist Settlement $225,000 -Practice Area: Personal injury -Outcome: Settlement $225,000 -Description: Resolved an auto accident case which took place on the 101 Freeway for $225,000.00. The client was the driver of a vehicle rear-ended by an underinsured motorist driving an F-150 Ford truck. As a result of the collision, client suffered injuries to the neck which resulted in surgery. After obtaining the policy limits of the driver at fault, Michael Shemtoub filed on behalf of his client for underinsured motorist arbitration. The claim was resolved in mediation for the total amount of $225,000.00. Pedestrian Accident Case $200,000 Insurance Settlement -Practice Area: Personal injury -Outcome: $200,000 Insurance Settlement -Description: Attorney Michael Shemtoub resolved a pedestrian v. motor vehicle claim which took place in the city of Los Angeles for $200,000.00. The claim was initially denied by the insurance company, but later resolved prior to filing of a lawsuit against the defendant.
