Mickey Keenan is a native New Yorker who enlisted in the U.S. Army Reserves in 1994 and relocated to Tampa, Florida, to attend college. Before beginning his studies, he deployed to Haiti for Operation Uphold Democracy. He later attended Hillsborough Community College and the University of South Florida, then earned his law degree from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. During his final semester of law school, Mickey was again called to active duty and deployed to the Middle East for Operation Iraqi Freedom, an experience that profoundly shaped both his life and his approach to the law.
After returning home, Mickey began his career in insurance defense before deciding to focus his work on helping injured individuals and families. In 2014, he founded Mickey Keenan, P.A. with the goal of providing personal, hands-on representation to clients facing serious challenges after
car accidents, truck accidents,
motorcycle crashes, and other injury-causing events. His military service and upbringing instilled a deep sense of duty, loyalty, and compassion, values that continue to guide his work with clients navigating medical bills, lost income, and the disruption injuries cause to everyday life.
Today, Mickey Keenan, P.A. represents clients in personal injury and
wrongful death matters with a focus on restoring stability and peace of mind. Mickey and his team work closely with clients through every stage of the legal process, from securing medical care to pursuing fair compensation through settlement or trial.
