Mindy Smith was born and raised in a small town in Georgia. She attended Wesleyan College in Macon, Georgia and obtained a major in Biology and a minor in Spanish. Mindy attended the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University, where she received a Juris Doctor Degree.

Mindy opened her own boutique family law practice in May of 2006. She handles divorces, child custody disputes, issues of child support and modification, adoption, high-asset divorce cases, and drafts prenuptial agreements. Mindy has tried family law cases throughout the Atlanta Metro area, donning 4-inch heels and adding her own personal style in the courtroom. She credits her small-town upbringing with her ability to be direct and no-nonsense, yet still personable and respectful with her clients and opposing parties. Mindy strives to represent her clients and fight for their rights as husbands, wives, and parents.

Mindy has extensive experience with the legal process in North Metro Atlanta and is licensed to practice in all Georgia state courts. She aspires to maintain her excellent record of success and be the best divorce attorney possible for residents of North Atlanta.

She is committed to the practice of family law and to helping clients work to resolve disputes. Her career in family law remains motivated by a desire to work directly with clients and devise solutions that can address the legal problems of daily life.

Mindy represents clients throughout North Atlanta, including those in Alpharetta, Sandy Springs, Roswell, Cumming, Brookhaven, Dunwoody, Johns Creek, and Milton. She is a member of the World Trade Center of Atlanta and serves on the Board of Advisors for the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce. Mindy is also a contributing member of the High Museum of Art and a member of the State Bar of Georgia.
