Will contest over destroyed will Practice Area: Probate Date: Dec 14, 2005 Outcome: settled because of expense favorably for my client Description: sister destroyed mother's last will. We found copy and filed it with probate court. Will and deed contest Practice Area: Probate Date: Aug 12, 2014 Outcome: Eventually settled Description: step-son contested deeds and wills filed by me in this case. Claim was without merit but was unable to get rid of in summary judgment motion.
