He has been licensed to practice law for more than 30 years and has personally participated (as a lawyer and an investment banker) in more than $2.5 billion in equipment leases, corporate financings, and many other kinds of business transactions and ventures.

Paul is a graduate of UCLA (with honors in mathematics and computer science) and of Southwestern University School of Law (where he served as an editor of the Southwestern University Law Review).  He is an active member of several professional organizations in Long Beach, California, where his offices are located.
