Last year, we settled a case for over a million dollars that had been turned down by highly respected medical malpractice attorneys in this community. Because of our efforts, the injured party was fully compensated.

What information can you provide in a free phone consultation?
In a telephone conversation, we can pretty well determine whether or not a case MIGHT have merit. Oftentimes people are injured through no fault of their own, but the laws are stacked against them and they can not recover. However, we often get around these walls.
What information do you need in a free phone consultation?
The information needed in a free phone consultation includes the date of the accident, the parties involved, information regarding the person who caused the injuries, and the damages.
What differentiates you from other lawyers in your community?
I personally have over 45 years of practice representing injured people. We exclusively represent injured people and have never represented insurance companies, corporations, doctors or hospitals. What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?
One of the most rewarding aspects of my job is seeing people recover for wrongs that have been committed against them.
What are your other interests in addition to law?
Some of my other interests are traveling, running and farming.

I have established two scholarships, one at The Ohio State University and one at Ohio University in Athens, Ohio.
