Mr. Robert J. Morris, Attorney

Bob is a founding member of Morris & McAnnally, LLC. Bob has served thousands of individuals and businesses in Alabama for many years both as an attorney and a CPA. His legal practice specializes in the areas of tax law, real estate, probate and businesses organization and general counsel as well as individual personal injury.

Prior to his law practice Bob served as Controller for Rock Springs Land & Timber, Inc., Director of Financial Services for Alabama Baptist Retirement Centers, Inc., and a Senior Staff Accountant at the Regional CPA firm of Jackson Thornton & Co.

Bob attended Auburn University at Montgomery where he received his undergraduate degree in Accounting in 1991. He received his law degree from Jones School of Law in 1998. Bob also earned a Masters of Tax Accounting from the University of Alabama in 1999.

Bob is a native of Elmore County, Alabama growing up in the Holtville/Slapout area graduating from Holtville High School in 1988. He is married to the former Angela Lynn Fuller of the Holtville area, where they currently reside, and they have three children. Haley and Fuller are junior high students at Edgewood Academy. Jed is a very active two year old. The Morris' attend Shoal Creek Baptist Church near Holtville where Bob has served as a Deacon and Sunday School teacher and superintendent.

Bob is active in his community and serves on the Board of Directors for the Elmore County Community Foundation, Holtville Volunteer Fire Department and the Five Star Water Supply District. He also enjoys coaching youth sports. Bob was the Republican nominee for Probate Judge of Elmore County in 2006.
