Fee: Injury Cases are almost always a contingent fee agreement, no recovery, no legal fee. For all other cases a written contract is signed and an engagement fee is paid up front then I bill by the hour with a billing program and apply the engagement fee to billings as the case progresses occurring in almost all cases. I do Wills and Trusts for a flat fee.
