Sandra T. Kahn, Attorney

Sandra T. Kahn has been an attorney for fifteen years and was awardeda Juris Doctorate degree from The John Marshall Law School in 1983. Ms. Kahn wasadmitted to practice in the State of Illinois and the United States DistrictCourt for the Northern District of Illinois in 1983. She earned her Bachelor ofArts degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1973 and her Master ofSocial Work degree from the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor in 1975. Ms. Kahnwas then employed by the State of Wisconsin Department of Health and SocialServices as a Probation and Parole Agent for four years before beginning herlegal education. Prior to joining the firm Marshall N. Dickler, Ltd., Ms. Kahnpracticed with the De Plaines firm of Di Leonardi & Broihier, Ltd. for eightyears. Her primary responsibility was in the areas of probate, wills and trustsand estate planning, asset protection, corporate and hospital law. Ms. Kahnjoined Dickler, Kahn, Slowikowski & Zavell, LTD., in July 1991. Ms. Kahn,now a partner of the firm, continues to practice in these areas, as well ashaving substantial involvement with civil litigation of all types includingevictions, foreclosures and trials in these cases, homeowner and condominiumassociation representation and real estate tax matters including real estate taxprotests, reductions and evaluations. She is a member of the Chicago BarAssociation and the Illinois State Bar Association.
