introduction
Saul Breskal was born in Cape Town, South Africa in 1971. He received his Bachelor of Business Science with honors from the University of Cape Town (South Africa) in 1993 and received his law degree from the University of Oxford (United Kingdom) in 1996. After completing his studies at Oxford, Mr. Breskal returned to his native South Africa, where he joined the distinguished firm of Sonnenberg Hoffmann & Galombik.
Mr. Breskal immigrated with his wife to Los Angeles, California, in June, 1999, and joined the Firm as an associate in May, 2000. In 2005, Mr. Breskal became a partner of the Firm.
Since joining the Firm, Mr. Breskal's practice has concentrated on real estate transactions, primarily the purchase, sale, financing, and development of commercial, industrial and residential real properties. Most recently, Mr. Breskal has been one of the lead attorneys representing MGM Mirage in the construction and development of one of the largest mixed use developments anywhere in the United States.
