He has also been a proficient clerk at the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General from 2007 to 2008, where he was involved in preparing organized crime and sex cases for trial. He has been a former member of the Federal Criminal Justice Act panel in the Northern District of West Virginia, where he handled complex federal drug cases as well as prisoner litigation.

• State of West Virginia v Defendant Practice Area: Criminal Defense Date: Mar 03, 2014 Outcome: Withdraw of all charges Description: Defendant indicted in Morgantown WV for Burglary and Battery. Motions to dismiss the indictment and a habeus corpus were filed and based on the strength of said motions the Prosecutor withdrew the charges.
