Shauna Maureen Martin, Attorney

Shauna Martin is a highly skilled trial attorney who began her career at a notable Chicago firm where she concentrated on civil defense litigation, specifically in the area of medical negligence. She has tried numerous cases resulting in favorable verdicts for her clients.

Relentless in and out of the courtroom, Shauna has successfully defended her clients. Thus, she has a unique understanding when it comes to the mindset of insurance and corporate entities and is well versed in a wide variety of medical specialties including surgery, dentistry and psychiatry.

In addition to her outstanding knowledge of the healthcare business, Shauna excels in national and international cases involving product liability. She has significant experience with product manufacturers and distributors of bicycles, tools, punch press machines, recreational equipment and e-cigarettes in both the U.S. and abroad. She is well versed in the business of hospitality providers, including ski resorts, restaurants and recreational facilities.

Shauna graduated from Loyola University of Chicago Law School with honors.
