Won a DWI case involving controlled substances (not alcohol). In this case, the State could not prove beyond a reasonable doubt how much controlled substances were in the body and therefore could not prove that my client was appreciable impaired at the time the client was operating a motor vehicle.

For example, I make it my office policy to get back with a client within 24 hours of a phone call or email from the client. Additionally, after each court date, I send my client a continuance or closing letter, making sure that they are informed throughout each step of their case.
