Tim also met his wife while in law school and truly enjoys spending time with her, their two Australian Shepherds, and his family as they take every opportunity to travel and experience new things. He also enjoys working out, hiking, and fishing.

Tim is a member of the North Carolina State Bar, the Mecklenburg County Bar Association, the American Association of Justice – Truck Litigation Group, and the Academy of Truck Accident Attorneys. He has been admitted to practice law in North Carolina and the United States District Court for the Eastern District Court of North Carolina, the Middle District Court of North Carolina, and the Western District Court of North Carolina. Tim has also been included in The National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Attorneys Under 40.
