Prior to starting Flood Law, John served as an active duty Air Force Judge Advocate (JAG) officer, attaining the rank of Major. John then joined a national labor and employment firm, becoming a Shareholder.

His practice now focuses on defending employers in civil rights and employment litigation and representing clients in non-competition matters.
