Mr. Sharif handles Family law, Criminal defense and Civil litigation.  Having handled many criminal trials, civil matters, Law and Motions and evidentiary hearings, Mr. Sharif has learned the value of admissible evidence and the role of a trial lawyer in the courtroom.  As a traditionalist that believes in the rules of Civil Procedure and Evidence in the courtroom, it has allowed Mr. Sharif to bring relevant and core issues before the court.  Many times, time and resources are wasted by just fighting a fight in the court.  Many years ago a very wise judge once told Mr. Sharif that "good lawyers are not in front of me everyday."  Many of the issues must be handled between the lawyers and with the parties without taking up the valuable courtroom time and resources.  Mr. Sharif understands the issues and will set the case on the path of reaching a FAIR and JUST resolution.
