Her experience includes representing business owners, investors, and individuals in civil matters, including contract disputes, loan foreclosure, property disputes and construction defects. Ms. Jaghab also has extensive experience litigating title insurance claims and other real estate matters.
Ms. Jaghab uses her knowledge, experience and passion for helping others to help bring justice to her clients. Ms. Jaghab is admitted to all state and federal courts in the State of Florida. She began her career working for the largest civil defense firm in Florida representing and defending large insurance carriers in personal injury, negligence, and insurance fraud matters.
Ms. Jaghab works with the local legal aid society, which helps connect attorneys to low-income families to assist with their needs. Ms. Jaghab received her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law after completing her Bachelor of Science in Psychology at the University of Central Florida. While in law school, Ms. Jaghab studied Comparative Trial Advocacy at Oxford University in England and took several international law courses at the University of Granada in Spain.
