"I had a bill for $10 from a hospital that went to collections. The bills that come out of this particular hospital are so confusing and numerous and I missed this one. Oops. (There has to be a better way for them to organize billing, but I digress) I called the hospital to pay the bill and they sent me over to this firm. The person who took my payment and information was nice enough and she is the reason why they did get three stars - but what they are losing stars for with my experience is their "Convenience Fee." They were going to tack on a $9.95 convenience fee.. for my $10.00 bill. The operator did knock it down for me to $4.95. But as someone who came to them to pay their bill (I haven't even received a statement from the debt collector - I just knew it was something I legitimately owed), and said bill was only $10, why charge me a convenience fee? I wasn't convenienced in any way - if anything I convenienced THEM by paying before they even sent me a bill. I can't speak for any harassing phone calls because I did not receive any.. probably because they have bigger fish to fry than my measly $10 bill. It would cost them more to harrass me than they'd get out of me."

"Since it isn't possible to give A.S.H. PC the ZERO that they so richly deserve - These people and their robocalls disturb us multiple times a week, claiming my husband took and ambulance ride in 2014 which he did not - apparently someone messed up at the time and forgot to tell the FD their real address, or gave them a made-up name on purpose. Dear hubby was never at the address they claim he was picked up at, didn't go to ANY hospital at all by ANY MEANS that day, and we would've paid the City directly and promptly if he had! I told their (live) people on several occasions it wasn't him/us and to stop calling us - they must harass so many people so often that their victims give up and pay something just to make them stop. I wouldn't bother with the Better Business Bureau now that I've read they (BBB) accept PAYMENTS - which explains how companies with poor user comments can keep posting that they are A+ with BBB. Contact iardc.org to start a complaint against Arnold Harris (or any lawyer)."

"These motherfuckers call my house a couple times a week. They never say anything. Just dead air. Are they looking to collect on an old ticket? Missed tolls? For me? My wife? Whoever had this number previously? We will never know what they want and they will call us for eternity. This company can't even scam properly."
