"Horrible experience with claims. We had an issue with our chimney and other areas of the house after Hurricane Harvey. I sent the adjuster pictures of the damage and he said it was due to non-maintenance. He reported if there was an issue with the chimney there wouldn't be Pineneedles still on the chimney due to the wind. I informed him there is a Pinetree nearby and the hurricane was a week ago. He also reported the water damage that came in from our siding was not covered because it is considered flooding; even though our house did not flood and we had no high water in that area."
