Since 1983, my law practice has been predominantly devoted to the representation of employers and management in all areas of employment and labor law.

Primary areas of emphasis include the following:
•employment litigation defending employers/management against employment claims brought by current or former employees (e.g., harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage and hour issues)
•trade secret litigation representing employers/employees asserting or defending against claims of misappropriation of trade secrets and unfair competition
